That's what I call great!
I had a problem because of a subscription. I was not aware that this was an annual cost. I asked to be able to cancel it retroactively, as my pension is not very large. Within a few days, thanks to paddle, this subscription was cancelled retroactively and the amount was transferred back to my account. That's what I call great!
