This was the ultimate chat service that was fully a chatbot. The most effective efficient accurate fast and actually took care of everything I need and answered every question I had. Technical support first class.

Having had an issue with reordering a ticket was raised and the response was first class. The ticket remained open until the problem was resolved. The staff were very, very helpful and I was completely happy with the way the issue was handled.

The correspondence was great!

The correspondence was great! My issue was resolved quickly! The problem I had was my fault. I thought a payment was made every month for the software I purchased. The software was a one time payment.

Quick, Polite & Painless!

I was very surprised how quick, efficient & polite Paddle was to help me. As a senior with chronic illness, I had fallen ill & had to go to & from hospital by cab, & incurred unusual medical expenses, so had to cancel a service Paddle administers & oversees.
