Money cheerfully refunded.

I expected to get the "run around"…

I expected to get the "run around" instead I got fast and immediate help and cancellation of a subscription that I guess one of the kids did. Great service!!!

Technical support first class.

Having had an issue with reordering a ticket was raised and the response was first class. The ticket remained open until the problem was resolved. The staff were very, very helpful and I was completely happy with the way the issue was handled.
