Had a random charge come from my account. Found out it has been coming out of my account for months. After chatting with paddle.net I was able to cancel the the subscription and get a refund. The process was very simply and easy.

the AI helped me with canceling cheeky subscription from resumaker.cz they charge u 20czk first and then 619czk wich is like 22 euro per month and u cant see who is it coming to via ur bank acc cuz there is only writen paddle.net thank god the paddle net have this AI and fck resumaker.cz

Excellent, quick support
Always happy when a software vendor uses Paddle. I recently had my license key for a piece of software purchased via Paddle not work when I tried to transfer to a new computer, and their support was very quick to help me out by resetting the license for me (presumably they limit activations per key to avoid abuse/theft).

Chasing down a billing error
