Overall a very good experience.

Once I found the correct person to discuss this issue, it was immediately resolved. It was somewhat a challenge to get to this person, but just be persistent.

The paddle team listens and fixes my problem.

While they asked me to use their "computer helper" that didn't work... I told them it didn't and explained my problem, and the Paddle support team fixed it immediately. They LISTEN, something many companies do not do!!!
