I had written to ask that any future…

I had written to ask that any future renewals be cancelled. It was taken care of through both "assist at paddle.com" and through Kino (virtual assistant). It was quick and easy. No hassles. I do not see any areas where Paddle.com needs to improve. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service

Paddle makes it fast and easy to manage subscriptions and keep track of where your payments are going. The customers service is top notch... I had an issue with some software that wasn't working and had a refund/cancellation processed within 15 minutes of initially reaching out via email. Would definitely not hesitate to use Paddle for payment/subscription processing again in the future!
