Misses the mark

On the plus side, this type of service allows me to live in one country and compliantly work in another. Payments have been on time, but deductions inconsistent and not clearly explained. My key problems are Oyster's lack of communication and unexplained miscommunication. And they have now disabled the "need help?" email option where you previously could submit a question to a person. Further, the Help Center FAQs are not loading. Seems that if you have any questions, then you're out of ...

Helpful when hiring in a new country

When hiring employees in a country that we have not operated in before, Oyster are super helpful in explaining the relevant labour laws. They answer any questions we have quickly, patiently and with a detailed explanation.

Very quick to arrange a contract to start receiving their fees but incredibly difficult to get in touch with them. Their support email address has been removed and you are forced to use the Help Center, which is a bank of commonly asked questions. It's frustrating not to be able to contact a human being. "Transparent and Easy"

What do you like best about Oyster? I had the opportunity to use OysterHR for my business's HR needs and I am thoroughly impressed. The onboarding process was incredibly smooth and streamlined, allowing me to easily add new employees to the system and get them set up with all of their necessary paperwork and accounts. Additionally, the off-boarding process was just as easy, allowing me to quickly terminate employees and ensure that all of their accounts and access were properly closed.
