What do you like best? Outreach is very user friendly, making it a very easy process to organize ones entire day through the platform. What do you dislike? The tracking of opened messages is not always accurate, and theo open rate can also be misleading at times, as forwarded messages count as opens. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has helped me completely organize my day.

Has all the functionality - not so intuitive
What do you like best? I like that you can create multiple Sequences and add prospects as you continue to scrub and source ideal accounts/contacts to reach out to. I like that in the Outreach.io interface there is an integration with Owler which shows you competitors, industry-relevant information, funding, etc. I also appreciate that Outreach.io can integrate with virtually any software, CRM, etc. What do you dislike? Great tool, highly recommend it
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Outreach I can do the work 10times more than I normally could. I can drop sales leads into the sequences and to send emails automatically. I like the integration with the Salesforce and the ability to keep track of the previous contact info with my leads within the SF. I can manage and create tasks. I would not choose this company again.
This is honestly a super frustrating company to work with. We've been a customer for over two years. I reached out to our account executive to get a new account set up on August 27th, and it's now October 1st, and they still haven't gotten the paperwork set up. We also have no idea why it's taking so long and have not received any indication as to how much longer it will take. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that I can store and share templates, contacts and sequences. I like that all the data and analytics are well-provided. We use the open rate, bounced, replies and contacts. Also, we can keep track of the opens and engagements with the emails. This is one of the best tools I have ever used in my career
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have used Outreach in 2 different sales organizations, and I can’t imagine my work without this tool. The implementation is easy and you can quickly sync email and Salesforce accounts. Also, you can easily bulk upload contacts, create email templates, A/B test and structure the templates into sequences.
