If you dont use Salesforce its great.
What do you like best? The ability to run leads through an automated sequence. Tracking of emails being opened, and the recording of calls. The ability to AB split test different steps in my plays. What do you dislike? It is designed to do everything in Outreach. I prefer to spend my day in Salesforce which is our company system of record. The popup window in Outreach is Clunky. Can't imagine life without Outreach
What do you like best? The product was clearly designed by people who get sales and put themselves in the shoes of their users. My team lives in Outreach and it makes them sooooooo much more effective and efficient. Great for enterprise selling - never ending followups :)
What do you like best? It's marketing automation for sales people. Think Marketo for Salespeople. Love how we can set up playbooks for leads (inbound or outbound) and make sure we get a clear yes or no. What do you dislike? Not a dislike, more of a caveat - there is a learning curve. The platform performs at a high level and is extremely innovative
What do you like best? That I am able to use Outreach to strategize for clients properly and make sure their accounts become successful What do you dislike? The filters can use a little more help. Also, the opt-out section should not have a limit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is helping my accounts be successful and creating ROI for my clients.

What do you like best? Automation of campaigns through sequences What do you dislike? It can feel a little cluttered with window panes sometimes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Email tracking, campaign automation, pipeline management. Major increase in "successes" when prospecting and better conversion to opportunities

What do you like best? The area of Outreach that I like best is the ability to create email templates that become personalized when sending out. What do you dislike? It is sometimes difficult to delete tasks in Outreach. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Outreach has enabled me to be quicker and more efficient in reaching out to prospects in particular with personalized emails.

Overall good but has some shortcomings
What do you like best? Task management is easy and the user interface is very user friendly. I like that you have the ability to add multiple phone numbers for one prospect and mark whether the number is good or bad. Like the ability to see multiple email opens and to have a task auto generate when a prospect has engaged x number of times. What do you dislike? I have had issues with the formatting of template emails when copying and pasting or moving text around within the email. It ...

Outreach helps me stay organized at work!
What do you like best? I love that it keeps track of all my calls and e-mails I need to make. If I need to make give a customer a call/e-mail back multiple months from now, I can make a task right away in Outreach and it will remind me those months later so I don't need to worry about setting reminders on an alternative platform. What do you like best? I like how simple it is to use! Training was quick and easy, no need to waste time figuring out how to use the platform. What do you dislike?
