What do you like best? Intuitive, easy to use. It helps SDRs follow a cadence or campaign and keeps them at task. What do you dislike? It would be great if there was a notification when things happen that we should be aware of. Also, I would love for them to build out their interface better for closing roles and marketing roles. Amazingly simple, yet complex tool for the sales team to communicate with clients better

What do you like best? Templates. Snippets. Sequences. Integration with SalesForce. A/B testing. Data output. You name it, Outreach did a wonderful job making the lives of account and customer success managers easier at Guidebook. What do you like best? Templates. It's easier to format messages I send frequently as a template, and paste them in. I also love the ability to add someone new to SFDC/an opportunity from my inbox. I don't use the UI much, which is a benefit. I like to be living in as few software platforms as possible. What do you dislike? There's no Boomerang feature (it's the one thing I leave to Google). What do you like best? As a content marketer, the analytics for the email templates and sequences are so exciting. We moved from Yesware, where there was no visibility. What do you like best? Outreach does it all, it provides a platform for all your sales leads. We can send emails direct from Outreach because it integrates with Gmail.
