Absolutely shocking and irresponsible
Absolutely shocking, apparently dishonest and thoroughly disturbing system that I had proved to be altogether unreliable. Their notifications to my iPhone suddenly ceased, and now they are trying to charge me £2.49 per week for the privilege.

UNUSABLE RUBBISH
going around in circles trying to validate logins between different hotmail/outlook accounts that were linked for security reasons. Absolute joke. Unusable.

Forced to change email providers after nearly 10 years of use.
The product has gotten dramatically worse over the last couple of years. There are now adverts that look like unread emails which seems like it should be illegal. Obvious spam is getting through to my inbox which is ridiculous for a company that's meant to be on the cutting edge of AI. I'm auto forwarding emails to an iCloud email and Apple is able to identify Spam that gets through the Outlook filter without issue.

Unhappy with you hotmail
Unhappy with the fact that I am unable to access my mail says error after I try to log in please try again later and to log out!!! Please fix this hotmail before you lose customers

The junk filters are rudiculous They lock you out of your account abd make you verfy AND wait to get back in Their security is wack I have already lost an account because if this and am about to lose another because I created the account years ago I'm just changing privoders because I'm not going through this again

Split email sections very annoying!
I really do not like the way the emails are divided into Focused and Other. I can't see the need and I just have to go in search sometimes for the emails I am looking for
