What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? The syncronicity that it has with other apps such as zoom, and the user interface/organization options available to personalize your experience. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? I don't like MS Teams as compared to Zoom, and my account automatically attaches a teams meeting to anything I schedule. Most of our meetings are set through outlooks calendar so having a zoom integration we can pretty easily cut out the middleman and schedule straight through Outlook. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I liked scheduling emails and creating new meetings, appointments, tasks and contacts. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? Email attachment [another email chain] is not user-friendly. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? The most useful feature of this is to provide offline access to emails which downloads emails when the phone has internet connectivity and I can access those anytime.
