"The Penultimate Mail App - That is Only Getting Better"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook is the go-to mail app that permits users to insert text, html, graphics, links, videos, etc as well as integrate with other apps and calendars, meeting tools, etc. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? The built in repair tool can only repair smaller data files. Any large data files of 10 GB+ have a higher chance of failure. "Good Product Choice"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I enjoy Microsoft Outlook because I can add meetings and schedule appointments in my calendar. This helps me stay on track of day to day tasks -- especially when I can add zoom and teams directly to my meeting from my calendar. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? The only thing I don't like is that when I create a meeting it automatically creates a "Teams" meeting. If my meeting is in person or over zoom instead, I have to delete the ...

"Emails get lost easily"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? There are some functions that are interesting - mostly the Microsoft Viva highlights that review/summarize emails that may be not addressed yet. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? If you search for an email, say from a person, but don't see all emails in the thread is very frustrating! It's the worst part of Outlook. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't know?

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook features have imporved over the years to make calendaring virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.) simpler. It also has some great features to help with flagging things for follow-up, as well as creating categories to easily sort emails/calendar invites, as opposed to using folders.
