What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? There are some functions that are interesting - mostly the Microsoft Viva highlights that review/summarize emails that may be not addressed yet. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? If you search for an email, say from a person, but don't see all emails in the thread is very frustrating! It's the worst part of Outlook. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook features have imporved over the years to make calendaring virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.) simpler. It also has some great features to help with flagging things for follow-up, as well as creating categories to easily sort emails/calendar invites, as opposed to using folders.
