Just horrible since they "updated" the lay-out. Now all my incoming work emails disappear into the same thread so it's easy to miss new ones or accidentally click on the wrong one. Why do they do this?? And if your cursor happens to fall on a new un-read email, it automatically marks it as "read" when you move away, leaving you missing un-read emails again. Hate the new lay-out, fed up with apologising to colleagues for missed messages and not at all simple to use and understand. Rubbish

Stupid authentication loops locked me out and just awful layout

I'm getting locked out of my Outlook account for no reason other than poor implementation of security validation from Microsoft. I got a message saying "too many invalid passwords" but I had only tried once and I'm pretty sure it's the correct password. I'm given instructions to go through the Microsoft Authenticator app but that is also stuck in a loop of authentication asking me to go through Hotmail. Now I'm locked out of my account and they don't give me alternatives. I set up an ...

Used to be good with an easy to use…

Used to be good with an easy to use interface but has become unreliable with problems trying to connect the server along with issues of spam and email threads being all over the place. Woefully bad

Your system is such a piece of crap!! FIX IT!!! NOT RESPONDING NOT RESPONDING!! Always have to refresh it to come up all the way. I wish my company would change to a different email system!!! I hope they do!! ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES EVERY DAY!

Outlook broken

Im affraid they are in a bit of a mess at the moment, someone at Microsoft need to take control and manage this. Moving to Thunderbird and its free.

Absolute joke!

The app is an absolute joke. Had to uninstall and reinstall due to the app not responding, when I've come to add my email account I am being told I have entered my password incorrectly too many times and my account is now blocked. It is impossible for me to recover this account as I am going around in circles answering security questions and personal information to be told the information provided is insufficient, and I am now being told I have requested for this account to be recovered too ...

Spam mail volume is crazy and annoying

The daily volume of spam to my inbox and junk mail is crazy. Microsoft must have stopped managing/ filtering the spam because it only got bad a couple of months ago, before that I had none. Now it's a bad product to use; I have to manually delete them everyday.

I used to really like Outlook

I used to really like Outlook, the interface is clean and easy to use. But the past year I've had so many issues. Everything from emails not loading properly, tons of junk mail even after I mark it as junk, some emails I'm receiving are coming in twice. Even when pulling up Outlook website, getting a message saying the link is bad...what?

Worst ever everyday I get the same spam email every day I put it in the spam slot and have been for several months yet still comes in my inbox. Started Oct last year everyday since sometimes twice

Just junk.

Just junk. The way they now organize emails into "conversation" groups makes it near impossible to search and find anything from past emails.
