At work I use Microsoft Outlook every day for sending emails, checking meeting calender invites, checking my to-do list, accessing contacts, sharing internal documents etc. We have integrated Microsoft Outlook with OneDrive for sharing confidential data or docs from your OneDrive to anybody on Outlook which is a very convinient as you do not have to find that document in your device. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? It has a best user interface and i can easily manage my emails. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? Microsoft outlook does not have fancy theme backgrounds so they have to provide this option in the update. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me to manage all my business emails and allows me to create sub folders with respect to their importance

Outlook desktop app lets you configure Microsoft exchange account, which is synced with your mobile outlook and calendar/contacts. Easy to attach files from onedrive and SharePoint cloud files.
