Tortuous to use

Tortuous to use. Opened emails in my inbox revert to bold print even after they have been opened, making it very difficult to tell new emails from old. Tried all sorts of "fixes" and nothing works. Drafts don't always save. Despite attachments being such a common feature, it's a two button job, first to select "insert" then "attach file" - would it be so difficult to have a single "attach" button like every other email system I have ever used. DELETED THE WHOLE EMAIL DRAFT BECAUSE I CLOSED AN EVENT ATTACHMENT

The only reason I gave two stars is because the rep did his best at helping me and he is not to blame. The massive issue lies in Microsoft's failure to fix the problem on a programming level. I worked on my email draft for almost a week, as a lot of research was involved. All i had to do is attach a few images from my phone. Can't stop spam, constant reminder of space running out

I don't understand this email service. They can't block spam emails for the life of them. The spam fills up all of the inbox folders. And then you constantly spam me even more telling me that my space is running out. Do something about the fing 1000000 spam emails!

A mindless, pointless useless version

The number of poor scores should tell Microsoft something, but I don't expect them to listen - they never do. The latest version is utterly pointless from the users point of view. Although I expect Microsoft will make a fortune out of selling the data they gather from it. The old version was much better.

POS says I need internet to login

POS says I need internet to login. I am on the focking internet. Sh!t worked fine until today when they focked things up with the new system. They keep focking with things that work just to keep the MS losers working.
