"Outlook is a great way to receive all my work emails."

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I like that all my work emails are available in one easy folder to view. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? I least like that I have to switch back from calender to emails. I would like both to be able to view at the same time. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm unaware of anythings its solving.

The web version doesn't allow you to change the subject of an email sent to you and you can't drag an email into the calendar.
