What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? The ease of interfacing with other products. Individual customization of email & tasks is great. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? It would be great if the customized fields would carry over to the calendar or tasks when you create an event or a task from an email. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating an event or task from my email has saved me a tremendous amount of time.

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Combines calendar, email into one view. PC version is (or at least used to be) a powerful, reliable workhorse. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? Mac version is very subpar. Often loses connection and doesn't give any notice. Many of the features that are available on the PC aren't available on Mac.
