What a joke

What a joke. Isn't the single job of an email app the ability to send and receive emails?! Stop trying to innovate and siphon every last dollar out of people and just focus on doing the one job right. You ruined Xbox by thinking you know what you're doing can you just focus on one thing please?!

I don't think that the team that makes…

I don't think that the team that makes this tool has ever used it. It is nearly impossible to find messages, the search tool doesn't work well. And if you have unread messages it is incredibly challenging to find them.

If you have an Outlook account move to…

If you have an Outlook account move to the other bigger companies they will lock you out and it is the worse company to validate your account via email or phone number sending a code to a mobile phone always fails after nearly 10-15 attempts they have blocked the account completely now i have to change every single company that has my email address as i will not be using this stupid of a company any more.

I can't believe you have to pay for…

I can't believe you have to pay for this service. It is slow. It tries to be too smart and over organizes your emails, which makes them near impossible to find. The search function is slow and barely finds anything. I'm sure there is more... I've never had this much of a problem with any email service before... and ALL emails before have been FREE. WHAT A CROCK.

I have been reading all of the negative reviews with some element of surprise as for over 20 years using this service i`ve been totally satisfied. I`m also surprised that outlook has not responded to any of the critics .HOWEVER, one thing that does annoy me is the amount of scam/spam/phishing email that keeps coming into my junk email box and, is now "leaking" into my focused box.
