The calendar is laid out nicely, it is easy to add/delete calendar events (and share them), and you can even customize the layout if you don't like the view or where various icons are placed. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook is a great platform for managing your emails. I find it on par with Gmail, but prefer it for managing business/work emails. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? Not much to dislike. I find the Search is not very intuitive so I guess that could be better. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I love that Outlook can be integrated with other email exchanges. Plus, it is easy to use and is more user-friendly. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? Nothing that I can think of at the moment. All is good with Outlook. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? Outlook is now levelling with Gmail in terms of features and usage. I'd actually prefer Outlook as my business email provider to be honest.
