It's difficult to truly harness the power of the app - would like if it was easier to sort for and find the toolsets that would work to help me make my day-to-day life easier. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I use many Microsoft products and I appreciate the consistency of the interface. The common or similar menus consistently appear in the same places. Also, the help menu is great if you are new to the platform - just search for what you are struggling with and see solutions right from the help menu. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? What I like best about Outlook is that it reminds me of all the important appointments I have on my calendar.
