I would have to say email merging is a little difficut to to. i have other software i use for email merging. "Don't Like Hotmail"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Out of the three email programs I use (hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo) I don't like anything about Hotmail and only use it because I have many email contacts on Hotmail What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? All of our users prefer to use the full app rather than the web version because of the full feature-set and ease of use. We have integrated our Cisco Unity Connection server with Exchange, and using ViewMail with Outlook is very convenient. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?
