What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? If used to the correct capabilities, Outlook is the best thing that we use at my place of employment. I can look up anyone's calendar and find out their availability. We have messaging, and I can find out if they came in that morning. Great tool. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Sorting my work request into the wheat and chaff. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook 2013 colour options, it makes everything hard to read. Indexing and Searching from 2007 to 2013 is a giant step down. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? MS Outlook if my favorite email client. Even though at work we use Lotus Notes, for handling of my own email accounts and as a repository of contact information and related, it's my tool of choice. Most important, it's part of the MS Office suite and its ease of data exchange with OneNote makes it a no-brainer. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I like to be able to look at my messages from all of my other sources/email accounts in this one place, yet still keep them separate. I like the calendar functionality and especially that it that syncs with my other calendar for reminders on my smart phone.
