The app can be a bit heavy to load when multiple folders and shared inboxes are added. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I find it very easy to navigate. There are great shortcut capabilities and some very useful tools like signatures, out of office. Plus the phone version is really user friendly. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? The only thing I dislike is having to switch between Calendar and Mail views. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? The ease of using categories, folders, and flags to seperate emails. I also like utilizing the "Done" option and custom commands to move folders and emails.
