What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? It is easy to use, reliable and overall just solid. I've used it since 9th grade, it was one of my first email accounts and I appreciate its ability to handle mass volumes of email. I also like how it links to Microsoft cloud now. It also will let you know who is available or not available within your organization. I call it the tattle tail, but it is my favorite feature. If you need to send an urgent email you can view whether or not that person is away from their desk. It helps me to not waste my time emailing someone who is not around at the moment. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook it's probably the software that I have used for more years, actually since I began working. For me is everything, not only a mail server. "My Go-To Email & Calendar"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Color coding & task flags (I espcially like that the task flags can be set with a date instead of only one option), folders to organize email, the ability to see shared calendars right next to my personal calendar.
