"Good at basics, but could use a redesign"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? It is really good at basic email and calendaring functions but with the email market having come a long way, there is plenty that Outlook could do to keep up. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? No easy way to get reminders about email on a certain date/time just like calendar invites. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I love that I can access mail and have a calendar, easing scheduling. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? I dislike that it will occasionally not send out emails and notify me the next time I sign in, rather than while I'm signed in.
