What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I use Outlook (2016) on a daily basis to read and send e-mail. I find it easy to use and generally easy to find items. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? I sometimes have difficulty performing some tasks, like Rules management. I ended up purchasing an add-in for that purpose. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook is easy to set up and easy to use. I can use outlook on more than one device and access email/calendar/teams on all my devices without having to use a web browser. However, I can easily access the same functions if I am offsite and need to do so. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? "Make my daily work life so much easier"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook is a reliable app when it comes to email communication and management. I can sort, flag, mark, organize my daily (approximately 100 emails per day) into folders and with a reminder to help me keep up with a deadline. The version I am using also provides grammar check and word prediction. I also use Gmail as a personal mailbox but Outlook is definitely my choice for professional business.
