I love the interface where you can switch from calendar to email, and that the third tab is a task list created by flagging important emails and assigning them a due date+time. Some features are hidden within the software and are harder to find. Not all features are intuitive. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? Very easy to schedule and share events. Easy to categorize and flag different folders.

I also enjoy using the categorize and Follow Up options when it comes to emails. I have created multiple folders in my Outlook, to reflect what project I'm working on. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I like how easy it is to set up away messages. anytime I'm out of the office, I can easily turn on and off my replies.
