"Essential but still a bit of a dinosaur"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? We use a management software that integrates w Outlook. We attach emails to client files. Works great for that. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? The interface is not smooth. So baby y options and toolbars... And they are not streamlined. Not as aesthetically pleasing as Gmail.
