What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Able to assign people to appointments and color code. The task function is very easy to use and helps me keep on task with everything I need to do. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I love the customizability of color coding, notes, and accepting invites What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? I don't like that I don't have the option to have an event or an appointment come up that lasts all day but that doesn't "interfere" with everything else for the day What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Its a very straightforward and consumer friendly interface with plenty of features to accommodate scheduling and contact needs. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? It would help to make a few updates to improve on some basic functionality. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to share schedules with coworkers, customize the groups of people that I email, and encrypt sensitive information.

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I believe that the most useful tool on Microsoft Outlook is that they notify you when you get an email, that meaning you don’t miss any important emails you’ve been looking forward to seeing. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Fairly intuitive for basic email and calendar functions. Ability to customize and make it work for you. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? Doing anything ‘extra’ Outside of basic email functions (such as sorting of emails as they come in) took some time to figure out how to do. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Whats not to like! My job centers around Outlook from scheduling student appointments, managing both my boss calendars, emailing between departments, being able to download the app on my phone so as not miss any emails, how it syncs with Skype business and you can see who is available and who isn't. "A great office tool for managing your mails."
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I love the features, and silent notification it gives on incoming mails. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? The interface does not support dark mode, hence straining my eyes. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been able to get correspondence from my boss, and send them to relevant departments as soon as the mails arrive.
