The mails which are not required or notifications mails can be moved to the different folders easily by creating rules in the mails. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? What I love about Microsoft Outlook is it's super easy to work with the layout. I can set up several folders on the left to manage my emails, which is fantastic. I can also create automatic filters to sort incoming messages into these folders.
