"Microsoft Outlook is the best!"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I use Outlook for all my work scheduling, email and meetings. It is so easy to use and the support is great. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? There isn't really anything other than email crashes every once in a while but that is rare. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? I use it for my job. Emailing, setting up meetings, following up with clients. I also use it for connecting with my work team.

"UI is not as intuitive as it could be, features are hidden from view."

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? The scheduler, seeing my colleague's schedule and being able to know what the best time to schedule meetings are.
