What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I only use Microsoft Outlook for work. Apart from that, I don't think I use it much. The only thing I consider helpful is you can use it for work or business purposes. I like this one feature where you can group your contacts in different folders. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Microsoft outlook is so easy to use and learn. It makes emailing for work very easy. I am able to connect my CRM notes directly from emails and attach them to seperate accounts. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?
