"Outlook: Better Sorting than Gmail"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I think Gmail is pushed as the greatest email service of all time, but using both concurrently, I prefer Outlook. I prefer their sorting method of emails (focused/unfocused) that basically sorts out the important emails from the ones that I may or may not actually read, whereas Gmail sorts my mail into so many categories, I can hardly find the emails I'm looking for. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Integration with all the other Microsoft software. We can work on items together, share calendars, update and see everyone's schedule, use Teams for video meetings, and well as edit withing other office suite products (word, excel, PPT, etc.). What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? You used to be able to buy this outright, but now it's part of an ongoing service/licensing fee.
