Most businesses use Microsoft office so in using apps or other addins they almost always are compatible and when scheduling with other businesses that use Microsoft Office your receptionist can schedule for them as well by inviting them to an appointment. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I like the way you can organize the emails and set reminders and follow ups. Let's you block calender and easy to operate. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I love all the integrated features - contacts, calendar, email - the list goes on. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? The inability to open up email through it on my phone. Since it's not an Apple product, Apple makes it difficult. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? Staying organized! It's nice to share my calendars with co-workers to keep an eye on when we're around.
