"Great for any business"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I like that you can sync outlook with your personal and business calendar. It makes it easy to keep track of appointments. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? I have not have any issues with outlook or found anything that I do not like. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling is made easy. I love being able to add zoom/webex details, and it will automatically sink with the outlook calendar.

What I dislike is that the storage has been given is less. The mail box full after 10-15 days. So, Outlook should increase there storage capacity.
