Used to be easy to sign into Hotmail now sometimes can't even access it. Used to be one link to sign in now it's changed to outlook it's just ridiculous trying to sign in

Waste of time

If I could give a negative star I would. What an absolute waste of time I have tried to reset my password i forgot. It says not enough information I have emailed customer service twice with no response waste of time.

Find an alternative that doesn't charge you to show you unwanted adverts.

Used to be great, but now it keeps forcing me to update to a 'New' version, which puts adverts in as fake emails, despite already paying for the software. Take the fact that the so called 'New' version feels like an old version from Windows 98 and you have a moderately good product that is now ruined by selfish money grabbing greedy fat cats that want nothing but to exploit you for more money.

Terrible service - avoid

Terrible service, been locked out of my own account i have had for years and i have to wait 30 days for a decision to get back in, i use my emails everyday, i don't have the time for this. Complaints and customer service useless also. Don't recommend, looking for another provider now

Very disappointed in Outlook

I see I'm not the only one disappointed in Outlook. I would suggest that no one use Outlook. If something goes wrong, no help is available. I can no longer send or receive emails. Calling them is a joke. They give you a website and hang up. Website is worthless.

Here we go again with Muddlesoft

Here we go again with Muddlesoft. Logged on this morning, could not log onto Outlook. Rebboted 3 times still nothing. See I have been downloaded with Outlook New. Opened it and all I see is my Gmail email from the past few days. Still cant open old Outlook. So, can't access any of my other email accounts, can't see any of the Archived (saved) emails I've stored - thousands of them. All filed in various folders. Worst most infuriating service ever. I can't access work emails as the most recent have vanished. Utterly appalled

"Microsoft Outlook is the only email client"

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Its really the best out there. All others are not even close to as good. It has everything you need in a email client. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? They keep changing the look of it. Thats my biggest issue. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes keeping track of email easy, you can do calendar invites easy.
