Connects my calendar to my Salesforce account, has a fully functioning company employee index, the desktop app rarely has issues, and is very easy and straightforward to use. It showed all of my emails on one side of the screen, and all my open emails on the other side of the screen What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? I'm very used to gmail so this took some time to get used to. It was a learning curve I wasn't expecting. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? "Most of the best features, but not all of them."

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Outlook is the default business email client, it works, it is there, the interface is clean, but it lacks decent integration with other microsoft apps. It loads quickly and is clean and efficient as a desktop/web-based email client.
