"Easy way to communicate with my peers."
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? The easy to use and also all of the extra apps that come with it. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? The Microsoft docs can be hard to navigate. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to use it for a calendar, email, and reminders all in the same place. I appreciate the reminders that appear on all of the corner of the email.

"Ubiquitous and good on Windows, Mac still suffers in comparison"
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Once a hodgepodge, Outlook has gained focus and sensible capabilities. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook? Mac version got a big overhaul and is now competent and stable. But still no feature parity there. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes it is not suitable that all related mails are grouped in one line/letter.
