What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Consistent, cross-platform are the best characteristics when working within Outlook. It is easy to setup on multiple devices, including the phone, the other aspect that I really like about it is the Outlook Web Services. Using OWA I can access my email from any computer, and it creates a secure connection while not saving anything on the computer.
