I wish this company would dissappear

I wish this company would dissappear. I actually want to punch the people in control this peice sh.. company! Seriously can never check emails always security problems. Its 2024! I just want to check my emails, and this is been going on for over a year.

microsoft disappoints once again.

I have already written a bad review, but I have come to enjoy telling microsoft in particular just how bad they are. My poor husband, who is still of the mindset that Word cannot be as bad as I think it is, has just spent the last 15 minutes trying to put PAGE NUMBERS (a seemingly very simple task) on his document. New Outlook has no integrated inbox for accounts with different providers. Astonishing MS can't accomplish this when their rivals find it so simple.

Biggest pile of sh×t! Unfortunately I had outlook many years ago and I've never had a problem logging in until now. My Facebook account is hooked up with my outlook account (Unfortunately) and the one time I needed access to the account, despite my password working the first time it's decided to permanently log me out with no way back in. Outlook is the biggest pile of sh×t and there is a reason people use Gmail and quite literally anything else other than this.

I don’t get how a big company like Microsoft has not found a way to make logging in to a mail address easier than this. When you forgot your password you have to sign in using a code that is sent to another mail address, but the code almost never works. They keep sending them as well and none of them work. It’s just the most frustrating process. Zero stars.

Outlook 365 Email Address Issue

I have had an email address for over 24 years. It stopped working so I went to mobile Outlook.com. It went straight to a secondary Outlook account which it just created. I then went to sign in with a different account ie my usual account and it kept reverting back to the new Outlook account. I can't get into my emails on the browser or my mobile app. I have tried support and just go round in circles. They have no clue and I spent 9 hours in total trying to get this fixed. Back to square one ...

Horrendous e mail system.....

Horrendous e mail system...... zero support staff...... microsoft have zero customer services ... you cannot get through to anyone to help with any issues you just go from one help page to the next and the next and the next and solves nothing...... I am being bombarded with dating website e mails, gambling offers, sexual websites (these are the worst) which I find seriously seriously offensive and even e mails claiming to be from people on whatsapp...... with a WhatsApp profile photo...... ...

I've been using the same password for years then someone tried to get into my account so I changed my password now outlook blocked me from getting into my account. I done everything they told me to do to get back into my email by answering their questions and they still have me blocked. So what's the point in answering questions that doesn't work. I still can't get into my outlook email account so that being said outlook email can kiss my you know what.

I couldn't receive emails that people were sending me :( And there was ZERO support from microsoft. Absolutely useless!!
