What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? I like how easy it is to send emails to different people and groups. It is also easy to search for specific items in your inbox by using a Boolean search. For example, I receive over 20 emails a day from my boss, so simply searching his email address isn't always helpful. Having the ability to search his name AND a keyword is a huge benefit.
