Not enough sorting options for emails and crowded UI What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? Easy and intuitive to use. Well supported and updated with latest tech for easy intervention into business life. Calander is a great resource. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook? What I find most helpful about Microsoft Outlook is the ability to have all my emails in one place. I can organize based on Businesses I am in contact with, Family Members and loved ones who are trying to stay in touch, and categorize everything alphabetically.
