What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter ai is great for interview transcription and it's so helpful to have so I don't have to manually write out every word a person says.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? Bottom line it works! I was amazed at how well it worked even with people with accents: Boston accents, southern drawls (even Texas style), New York accents, Minnesota -you bet, even handles California valley speak). Everything else is meaningless if it can't do its primary function which is to transcribe speech.

It takes a few minutes to setup, but then after that, any time you record a meeting in Zoom, it transcribes the meeting for you, with a high degree of accuracy.
