Faith Restored in Customer Support

Today I had the pleasure of working with Junior Torres from the OtterAI customer service team, and he completely restored my faith in what customer support can be. Not only did he resolve my issue the very same day, but he did so with a level of warmth and professionalism that went far beyond what I expected from a tech company. I was truly impressed by the experience and will continue to use OtterAI with confidence and recommend it to friends without hesitation.

I love the updates

I love the updatesSo I asked the Otter team to make it easier to pull timestamps from summaries so I could no where the piece of information existed in the timestamp. Customer service were really polite and said they'd consider it. Just opened my Otter today to find that it had been added. SO HELPFUL. I'm training to be a UX/UI designer - so this is one of the best opportunities to see how customer engagement can create a better experience.

Trustworthy transcription and note-taking services. High quality of notes, clear privacy policies and fantastic storage capacity even in e free version. The customer support is polite and responsive to my individual needs. So far, I have only had a positive experience with this service. It's easy to use and easy to navigate, even for people with minor visual impairments like me. Have a nice day.

First time user, love it already. The comprehensive summary’s outstanding, quick, & accurate. Just need to add more languages to the library.

Very Satisfied Subscriber

I have used Otter.ai for over three years and it has never failed me. I use to transcribe meeting and it provides me with a details summary and a transcript that is approximately 99% accurate (so I only need to make adjustments on new terminology). I really don't know what I would do with out Otter.ao

Great for in-person meetings

Otter.ai worked perfectly for an in-person leadership team meeting. It did a great job transcribing the notes, even with multiple accents (American, British, Spanish, Eastern European) and correctly assigned the speakers, which was very helpful. The action items and summaries were great to ensure we had everything we needed.The only thing I would change was a push notification or something similar for when the 4-hour limit was reached to ensure nothing was missed.

Oversell and Overshare

I really wanted to use Otter - I could use a transcript service for some things - but setting up an Otter account is like fending off the guy who just wants to get into your pants. They wanted all my calendar contacts before I had even figured out how to use it - and how it would be useful to me. I gave it another try because a platform I was using was using it and the same frustration - oversell, overshare - don't give me a chance to see how this is useful in my day to day work. I hope ...
