"A novice learning how useful this software is"
What do you like best about Ortto? The process to create and implement a mailout, once set up is great. The tracking and data available on the recipients is impressive and this is a place I go quite a bit.

"Somewhat difficult to use but some good features also"
What do you like best about Ortto? Albeit that there are about 3 different ways to access the data, the data is relatively thorough, and you can export lists of clicked, opened etc subscribers, which is helpful when targeting people again with eDMs or personal communications. The journeys are tricky to figure out initially but do function well enough.

"It's fine but not that intuitive"
What do you like best about Ortto? I really only use Ortto for a few things: adding contacts for lists, designing, and sending journeys (SMS.) I think the good parts of Ortto are how quick it can be to send a repeatable SMS message with different cohorts and slightly different messages. The screens load quickly which can be key at creating an effiicent workflow.
