"A swiss-army knife for dealing with your contacts and keeping in touch."

What do you like best about Ortto? The fact it keeps giving me more options to reach out to my contacts. Also, keeping track of their actions through mail, socials, and website. I thought I knew it all but keep discovering more every day.

"Somewhat difficult to use but some good features also"

What do you like best about Ortto? Albeit that there are about 3 different ways to access the data, the data is relatively thorough, and you can export lists of clicked, opened etc subscribers, which is helpful when targeting people again with eDMs or personal communications. The journeys are tricky to figure out initially but do function well enough.

"Intuitive use"

What do you like best about Ortto? I'm an occasional user of Ortto. As the Insights Manager, I am not a heavy user like the Digital Marketing Manager but when I need information, I find the tool easy to use, interpret and overlay with other insights and information.

What do you like best about Ortto? The support is very responsive and I can ask them for help either to figure out a solution to a problem I am solving or answer any question I may come up with.

"It's fine but not that intuitive"

What do you like best about Ortto? I really only use Ortto for a few things: adding contacts for lists, designing, and sending journeys (SMS.) I think the good parts of Ortto are how quick it can be to send a repeatable SMS message with different cohorts and slightly different messages. The screens load quickly which can be key at creating an effiicent workflow.
