They are easy to work with and easy to produce the mailing labels and print it, then ship it and go. I am satisfied with their great service. I especially like the pay as you go payment plan.

This is a fantastic service
This is a fantastic service. I found Orange Mailer because I needed to send a bunch of envelopes via Media Mail, which you can no longer do via the USPS website. I used to use Paypal but that method is inconvenient from a user experience POV. There are lots of bulk mailing services out there, but Orange Mailer is the only one I could find that allows you to pay as you go, rather than pay a monthly fee. Now I use it any time I need to mail anything. Highly recommended.

Super easy to use
Super easy to use, always online and operational, and seems to be very stable and bug free. Their rates are very reasonable (way better than stamps.com) -- I'd recommend using them!

Simple and cost effective
It was surprisingly difficult to find a simple service to print on-line postage. After trying to use several services, I landed on OrangeMailer and found it easy-to-use and cost effective.

Extremely user-friendly
PROS: All you need is an email to get started with using this software. They provide a very easy way to purchase postage. It's a great idea to acquire a paid subscription if you need to use their services often. Paying will give you access to additional features and discounts. CONS: There is nothing I dislike about this software. I love how they make the process very easy for users.
