BAD EXPERIENCE

I was in a hurry signing up and didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to do same day batch printing of postage with them. I immediately notified them of my mistake and politely asked for my money back. I was told all subscription fees are non refundable as states on their website - which it does - I just missed it. I believe I found Orange Mailer originally when looking for an easy way to mail items for my business. I don't mail a lot, but I wanted to avoid trips to the post office if possible.
