Bad UI/Customer Service

They do not offer a print preview for labels and did not refund my postage when I had a label issue. Stamps.com is much better in both respects.

Awesome pricing and easy-to-use label printing. The only thing I wish was if they kept the address book for free accounts. They recently removed it :(

paid us $10 to review them

The reason the reviews are so high is that they offered $10 to all users who left a review on trust pilot. I was one of the people that happily did so, with minimal experience with the company at that point. Now I have more experience, and I cannot say they are trustworthy at all. Customer Service Complaint

Everything was fine with this Orange Mailer.com until the first time I had an issue and had to ask for help. Immediately I realized Bill from the “help” desk wasn’t going to give me much help/understanding. I got alot of “NO, YOU ARE INCORRECT”/LOOK HERE/YOU DID NOT etc” but no help,empathy,patience,understanding or ‘Customer Service’. Bill was wrong but I couldn’t explain what I think might have went wrong with my package. He was in defense/attack/shut me down mode and it worked.

It was a great service until recently

It was a great service until recently. They removed the Address Book for the free service. THE USPS WEBSITE HAS A FREE ADDRESS BOOK. the rates seem to have changed, too, so it costs exactly the same as the regular USPS website. I am closing my Orangemailer account. When it would automatically bring up addresses from the address book I had been compiling for over a year it was great, now all that is lost unless I buy in to their service at a higher (paid) level. not worth it, the post office ...

Great online mail service

PROS: With this platform, we can acquire USPS postage easily. We love the capability to access this service online, import existing address contacts, and print in bulk. Moreover, its paid subscription allows us to save a lot of money. CONS: We haven't encountered any issues with using this platform. It is simple and easy to use.

I am shocked that this business can exist I can't say that they are providing a great service at an amazing price because they are not charging me for their service. I mail letters very sporadically some months I can go with not sending any letters other months it can be over 10 letters. In the past I would print the letters, address the envelopes in Word and then after printing the envelopes I would go to the post office and using their kiosk buy the minimum amount of postage I could and ...

Great for small businesses. I would recommend. I only give it 4 stars because their chat box is never live, so when I need help it takes a couple hours for the to get back to me.
