Finally A Service Worth Every Penny!!!

I have been using Orange Mailer for around two years. They are extremely helpful versus using another service that wants to charge a monthly fee...this service is pay as you go and extremely efficient as the postage printed is accepted by the USPS no issue.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I’ve asked a question and the agent ended the chat without an answer. Bad label system. You cannot get a refund for a wrongly created label. And it was wrongly created because of the misleading process. (I updated the shipping address and it showed the updated one on the webpage. Then why must I also update the type/dimension/weight only to get the shipping address updated? Besides, the system doesn't provide any preview so you really won't know the information ...

Print all USPS labels

I was looking for a way to print USPS labels for First Class mail or Parcel Post. Sometimes I'd rather pay a little less than the Priority Mail/flat rate. Orange Mailer allows me to ship any rate through USPS. I've definitely enjoyed their service. The only drawback is they require you to put money into your account and then charge from that amount for the label. So I have an ongoing credit sitting in my account. All in all the service is convenient. However, they do not allow you an opportunity to proof before they zap your account for the cost and when I confronted them about a known issue - they canceled my account for fraudulent activity and refunded the balance of my account - not the $4+ that they charged for a label I could not use - and I could not even get back on to print off the label.
